I am not just the owner, I also work along side my team. This ethic comes from growing up knowing not only the value of hard work, but of knowing the value of collaboration. Whether it is picking up a hammer or paintbrush to help or figuring out the best way to lay flashing and gutters, the best solutions come from our collective knowledge and experience.
